3.1 With Other Users

When you post or accept a job, your profile information (name, photo, rating) and relevant job details are visible to the other party. We do not share your full contact details without your consent.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, identity verification services, customer support platforms, and analytics providers. These parties are contractually required to protect your data.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Local Hands, our users, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Local Hands is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
